Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Sasha grew up performing on stage. She moved to New York City to pursue her acting career at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she studied at the Meisner Studio, the Classical Studio, and Stonestreet Studios for Film and Television. She graduated with a BFA in Drama and a Minor in Applied Theatre. She is also a trained birth doula, attending births throughout New York City.
Since graduating, she's worked in theatre, film, TV, and commercials. You can also find her teaching children's theatre classes and audition coaching throughout Brooklyn.
She's the proud co-founder of Pigeonholed, a theatre company dedicated to giving artists the chance to make the work they want to make, not the work the industry tells them they should be making, through both new and existing work.
Sasha loves traveling, running (a 2x marathoner with a lot more bucket list marathons on the list), searching for the best vegetarian food in NYC, and everything San Francisco Giants related. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two daughters, and the head of the household, Eloise (their dog).
